Our facilities


The following are all included in the hire price :-

  • Parking for 20 cars

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Outside patio and extensive grass areas

  • Stone BBQ

  • The hall is accessible to all with ramps

  • Toilets - Ladies, Mens and Disabled

  • Main Hall and stage with tracked curtains

  • Full central heating and dimmer switch for lighting

  • Presentation/Meeting room - which is often use for a buffet or for a room for children at functions

  • Bar area and fridges with hatches to the main hall and a window to the garden.

  • Kitchen - equipped with:-

    • crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people.

    • There is also our mismatched china for around 30 people

    • Kettles

    • BBQ utensils

    • 2 microwaves

    • 1 oven and 2 hobs

    • Hatches to both the hall and the meeting room

    • Please note there are no cooking pans in the kitchen

  • Tables

    • 12 x large (10 people)

    • 8 x medium ( 8 people)

    • 2 x small (6 people)

  • Chairs

    • There are enough chairs for 100 people

    • 22 small chairs for small children

    • There are some outdoor chairs as well

  • PA and HiFi system

  • Blackout blinds at the windows as well as curtains


Extras for hire :


  • Meters are available in the hall for the wall heaters in the hall and the meeting room to increase the temperature if required. There are two meters for the main hall and one in the meeting room. The cost is £1 per meter per hour.

  • Large Marquee - 12 x 4 metres (to be set up and down by the Committee).

  • Marquee without sides - also 12 x 4 metres (set up and set down by the Committee).

  • Disco Ball/Glitter Ball with lights

  • Chair covers - 50 ivory, 50 burgundy

  • Chiffon bows for the chairs - in various colours - examples on our gallery page

  • Wifi - recently upgraded to superfast fibre

  • DJ available for hire

  • Ceiling swags and wall decorations etc

  • Balloon decorations etc

  • Barman to supply and run your bar
