Hall Layout

Included in Hire Price

 

The following are all included in the hire price :​

  • Parking for 24 cars

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Outside patio and extensive grass areas with wooden arch, ideal for photographs

  • Stone BBQ

  • The hall is accessible to all with ramps

  • Toilets - Ladies, Mens and Disabled (including baby changing facilities)

  • Main Hall and stage with tracked curtains

  • Full central heating and lighting with a dimmer switch

  • Presentation/Meeting room - which is often use for a buffet or for a room for children at functions

  • Bar area and fridges/freezers with hatches to the main hall plus a window to the garden.

  • PA System

  • Kitchen - equipped with:-

    • crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people.

    • There is also our mismatched china for around 30 people

    • Range style oven with large hob

    • Under counter oven

    • 3 microwaves and kettles

    • Hatches to both the hall and the meeting room

    • Please note we do not supply cooking pans in the kitchen

  • Tables

    • 13 tables which seat 8 comfortably

  • Chairs

    • There are enough chairs for 100 people

  • PA system

  • Blackout blinds at the windows as well as curtains

 

There is also superfast fibre Wifi included in the hire fee (fair usage policy).

Extras for Hire

  • Meters are available in the hall for the wall heaters in the hall and the meeting room to increase the temperature if required. There are two meters for the main hall and one in the meeting room. The cost is £1 per meter per hour.

  • Large Marquee - 12 x 4 metres (to be set up and down by the Committee).

  • Marquee without sides - also 12 x 4 metres (set up and set down by the Committee).

  • Please note the marquees are only for use at the hall.

  • Disco Ball/Glitter Ball with lights

  • Chair covers - 50 ivory, 50 burgundy

  • Chiffon bows for the chairs - in various colours - examples on our gallery page
